There are many online business strategies, you as a business owner, can implement to grow your business. Hundreds of books have been written about them. Thousands of articles have been posted to blogs, and thousands of questions answered on line through forums, blogs, and other social mediums.
However, there are four online strategies you can implement today, that will start generating leads and making sales for you short term and long term.

Business Strategy #1:
Set up an automatic follow up system that will keep your message in front of your prospective customer so that they will buy from you once they are ready to buy. There two very effective ways to go about this. One way is setting up a mobile marketing campaign, and the other is setting up an email marketing campaign. Both ways offer a systematized, automatic way to keep your message in front of your targeted customer at a very low cost.
Business Strategy #2:
Set up a presentation or demonstration of your product or service for review by your prospective customer at the time they need it most, when they're looking for it (regardless of the time of day, or day of the week). This can be done through online video. Sites such as YouTube.com, facebook.com, and hvBiz.com are just three of many video sharing sites you can freely distribute your presentation online. When your prospective customer searches for someone that can provide the product or service they need, your video may contain the solutions they seek and it will start the sales process. Setting up your videos correctly will get you that lead, or land you that sale.
Business Strategy #3:
Guarantee a targeted, interested, prospective customer using Google's PPC program. PPC stands for Pay-Per-Click. Google, and other search engines (as well as facebook) allow you to pay them in order to show your message to thousands or millions of people on their first and second page of their web site. The right campaign can keep your costs down and effectively get you laser-targeted prospective customers throughout the year.
Business Strategy #4:
Search Engine Optimization (SEO). There are very simple tweaks you can make to your existing web site, that when properly implemented will increase the ranking of your web site on the major search engines like Google. There are two types of SEO; On-page SEO; and off-page SEO. Off-page SEO will lead people and search engines to your page. On-page SEO will get the search engines to like your page once they get there.
